    Description

    I. General Description

    ZCT230M-LBS-BUS is a 2-axis high accuracy inclinometer, which is reasearched and produced by Shanghai Zhichuan. RS485 output, including 485 communication protocol and supporting more inclination networking. Measuring range is ±30°, high resolution, adjustable response frequency and baud rate (2400-38400bps).

    Protocol description    

    1. 0xA1 is starting code, not only the data from sub-computer to host computer but also data from host computer to sub-computer, are coded starting from 0xA1;
    2. 0xAF is the reserved address, there is up to one reserved address in the bus. 0×00 is the broadcast address of the host computer. All the sub-instruments will response to the reserved address. The common command used the address is setting the baud rate of bus instruments;
    3. Packet length, from this byte(not contain this byte), data byte, cumulative check, to end byte(not contain calculation byte and parity), maximum length is 255 bytes;
    4. ①—-sender’s address code, 0xAF means host computer sends. Other HEX means the address of the instruments which send the data(using for communication between two sub-instruments), using sender’s address to fill the byte;
    5. ②—-frame type, 0×00 means command frame, 0×01 means data frame;
    6. ③—-MSB of the command word;
    7. ④—-LSB of the command word;

    N: Cumulative check and parity, sum from the address byte behind the packet to the byte before cumulative sum, then the 8 lower bits is the cumulative check.
