    Description

    I. General Description

    ZCT245J-LAT-1B-0506 is a two-axis tilt switch which is researched and produced by Shanghai Zhichuan Electronic Tech Co., Ltd. The measuring range is +/- 45 degree. Real-time digital angle information, the switch action points and trigger delay time can be output and set through the RS232 serial communication port. It can be widely used in engineering mechanism field.

    2. ASCII format output

    Output one set of data has 16 Byte.

    e.g:now X axis angle is +23.6 degree, Y axis angle is -01.0 degree, then it will show

    Note: 

    (1) Outrange will show angle value 88.8

    (2) First the system will report version information to host computer after power-on

    (3) If user have set relative zero, then the system will output: relative angle measure

     

    Command word related:

    1.&Z ――set current position as relative zero, store corresponding data in REEPROM, and output comparatively angle, accept command, then output:“set relative zero”.

    2.&R ――output absolutely angle, accept command,then output:“absolute zero”.

    3.*SetxP=???――set X axis positive half axis alarm point,“???”is magnify decuple angle value, available value is “001—450”. Default is 160. Accept command,then output :“SetxP OK!”

    4.*SetxN =???――set X axis negative half axis alarm point,“???”is magnify decuple angle value,available value is “001—450”. Default is 160.Accept command, then output:“SetxN OK!”

    5.*SetyP =???――set Y axis positive half axis alarm point,“???”is magnify decuple angle value,available value is “001—450”. Default is 210. Accept command, then output:“SetyP OK!”

    6.*SetyN =???――set Y axis negative half axis alarm point,“???”is magnify decuple angle value,available value is “001—450”. Default is 210. Accept command, then output:“SetyN OK!”

    7. #???T: set the alarm trigger delay time, set range: 000–100, default: 000.

    8. If make pin 7 and pin 8 short circuit for two seconds,then let go, it can set the present angle as relative zero angle,this function is the same as &Z command.( if don’t use this function, please deal with pin7 properly, avoid it short circuit with other wires.)
